This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) lays down the rules for the use of personal information received from site users (hereinafter referred to as Users) by the site administrator ( https://linzochki.kz/) (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

This Privacy Policy applies to all Users of the Site.

All terms and definitions found in the text of the Policy are interpreted in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1. Personal Information of Users

1.1. The Site shall collect, access and use, for purposes specified in the Policy, the Users' personal data, technical and other information related to the Users.

1.2. Technical information is not personal data. The Company uses cookies that allow to identify the User.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Information of Users

2.1. The main purpose of the Company when collecting personal data is to provide information, consulting services to Users.
Users agree that the Company may also use their personal data to:

Identification of the party within the framework of the provided services;
Providing services and customer support upon request of Users;
Improving the quality of services, their usability, development and development of the Site, the elimination of technical or security problems;
Analysis to expand and improve services, content and promotion of services;

2.2. The Company shall use the technical information impersonally for the purposes specified in paragraph 2.1.

3. Terms and Methods of Processing Personal Information of Users

3.1. The user agrees to the processing of his personal data by submitting an application (any written request containing contact details).

3.2. Processing of personal data of the User means collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transmission (distribution, granting, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data of the User.

3.3. Personal information of the User shall be kept confidential, except in cases of voluntary provision by the User of information about himself for general access to an unlimited number of persons.

3.4. The Company shall have the right to transfer the personal information of the User to third parties in the following cases:

The user has agreed to such actions;
Transfer is necessary for use by the User of a certain service of the Site or for performance of a certain contract or agreement with the User;
Transfer to authorized bodies of state power of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
In order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Company or third parties in cases where the User violates the terms of contracts and agreements with the Company, this Policy, or documents containing the terms of use of specific services;

4. Measures applied to protect the personal information of the User

4.1. The Company shall take the necessary and sufficient legal, organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, dissemination, as well as from other unlawful actions with it by third parties.

5. Settlement of disputes

5.1. All possible disputes arising from the relations regulated by this Policy shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to the norms of Kazakh law.

5.2. Compliance with the pre-trial (claim) procedure for the settlement of disputes is mandatory.

6. Additional conditions

6.1. The Company may amend this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.

6.2. The new Privacy Policy will take effect from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
