Return Policy

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2010, 274-IV «On the Protection of Consumer Rights» (with amendments and additions as of 01.07.2021) medical goods are not subject to exchange and return.

However, if the goods are defective, which unfortunately happens to all manufacturers, the exchange is carried out according to the following algorithm:

1. The customer must provide a current recipe received no more than 3 months ago. This is done to make sure that the problem is not the correctness of the chosen lens.

2. The customer must provide contact lenses in the solution so that we can be sure of the problem.

3. If the defect is confirmed, the client will be sent a replacement with delivery at the expense of the company.
